Played as Homer Simpson in my dream today

Homer Simpson videogame:

Me and another being in my dream both control the same Homer Simpson character
who appears on a screen that is covered in water up to around his ankles where a big firetruck appears from alternating sides of the screen. The firetruck tries to wash Homer away using a powerful blast of water or by hitting him as it moves around.
Homer has the ability to push against the current, to bowl out a bowling ball and to move around in the screen.
Eventually we figure out the pattern of the fire truck and beat the level by avoiding being swept away or hit by the truck and also by damaging it to the point it is out of health.
