A young man is trying to set up a criminal enterprise, but is having trouble as his nemesis is proving hard to deal with.
A documentary crew follows the aspiring criminal in his journey to take over a small town and a drug line that his nemesis controls.

There's is a grocery store where drugs are sold discreetly to the local people through mules. The young man attempts to remove the agents of his nemesis but is having much difficulty. One of his dealers gets robbed and loses two fingers and becomes useless to the young man's frustration. The young man finds a look alike for one of his nemesis's important workers but the look alike is cross-dressing and dubious looking and there's doubt as to whether his plan of tricking the store to cooperate will work.

Another plan is hatched which includes the young man getting his warlord father to shell a small village where his nemesis is rumoured to hideout.
Unfortunately many of his family members and poor innocent villagers are also living in the small village. The documentary crew go to the village with the young man to survey the scene and interview the locals. At first it seems like the locals are using lots of expletives in their interviews but they are actually just referring to the young man's nemesis. Eventually one of those interviewed is a investment advisor who advertises his services at first, but the interviewer, who is the young man, realizes this is the father of "Mr. Fuckin wtf" and he is under one of his guises. The trail seems to be getting closer but the dream ends here.
